How to make a claim

With a SureHealth insurance plan, making a claim is easy. How easy? As easy as 1, 2, 3.

You can use your desktop, laptop, tablet or smartphone.  It’s your choice.

 As soon as your SureHealth plan is in effect…

  1. Register for GreenShield online services.
  2. Submit your claim using our online Claim Submission form.
  3. Sign up for Direct Deposit to receive your funds directly, without waiting for a cheque to arrive in the mail.

Do you like apps? (We sure do!) Download the GreenShield online services app after you’ve registered online.  It offers the same digital self-serve options.. And it’ll make submitting claims as easy as taking a picture!

With GreenShield online services, you’ll also be able to print personalized claim forms and replacement ID cards, check your coverage details and benefit balance, find GreenShield-approved health care providers near you, and a whole lot more.
